Position Overview: As the Media Buyer for Snapchat, Pinterest, and Meta, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing paid social media campaigns across these platforms. You will work closely with the marketing team to increase brand awareness, drive conversions, and enhance the overall customer acquisition strategy. Your expertise in managing ad budgets, targeting, and A/B testing will be key to scaling our digital advertising efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Execution:
● Develop, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns on Snapchat, Pinterest, and Meta
(Facebook/Instagram).
● Create and manage ad creatives, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and
marketing objectives.
● Drive results by focusing on KPIs such as conversions, cost per acquisition (CPA), return
on ad spend (ROAS), and customer lifetime value (LTV).
Optimization & Testing:
● Continuously test and refine targeting strategies, ad creatives, and landing pages to
maximize performance and ROI.
● Monitor and analyze campaign performance across platforms and adjust strategies to
optimize ad spend and achieve business goals.
● Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, and audience segments to identify the most
effective strategies.
Analytics & Reporting:
● Use analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Pinterest Ads Manager, Snapchat Ads
Manager) to analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights.
● Prepare and present regular performance reports, outlining campaign effectiveness,
trends, and recommended optimizations.
● Stay up to date with industry trends and platform updates to implement the latest
strategies.
Budget Management:
● Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively across platforms to ensure optimal
performance and cost efficiency.
● Collaborate with the finance and marketing teams to ensure campaigns remain within
budget and contribute to overall revenue growth.
Collaboration:
● Work closely with the creative, design, and content teams to ensure ads are visually
appealing, on-brand, and aligned with marketing campaigns.
● Collaborate with the broader marketing team to ensure that paid campaigns align with
overall marketing strategy.
● 3+ years of experience in media buying, specifically on Snapchat, Pinterest, and Meta
(Facebook/Instagram).
● Proven track record of running successful ad campaigns with a strong understanding of
paid social media strategy.
● Experience with performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, LTV, CTR, and CPC.
● Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager, Pinterest Ads Manager, and Snapchat Ads
Manager.
● Strong understanding of audience segmentation, targeting, and retargeting strategies.
● Familiarity with creative testing, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
techniques.
● Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote team environment, managing multiple projects at
once.
● Highly analytical with a focus on data-driven decision making.
● Experience with Google Analytics or other tracking/attribution tools is a plus.
