Provides general office assistance to the faculty, staff, and students who work in the Office of Admissions or visit the University. Primary responsibility includes guiding campus tours for visiting prospective students and their guests.

Specific Responsibilities Work Schedule The Welcome Center is open from 8am-4:30pm M-F with occasional weekends and evening hours. Work schedule will be determined by student availability and department needs. Job Duties Essential Duties and Responsibilities Responsibilities including, but not limited to: guiding campus tours, greeting visitors, updating office visit calendar, restocking refreshments and other daily visit supplies, making deliveries, making visit reminder calls, and other duties as assigned. Ensures successful completion of daily office tasks. Must be able to communicate with prospective students and families and honorably represent Indiana State.
