Overview

We are looking for a conceptual and craft-oriented Art Directors with experience and/or a stellar portfolio. We strive to give our clients our best and we seek the same - someone who has brilliant design aesthetics and skills in all aspects of advertising marketing from concept through delivery. The Art Director should be highly collaborative and comfortable in a fast-paced environment, working alongside all teams predominantly on large consumer brands, from account teams and strategy to creative, creating national cross media marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Support creative projects from brief through execution as an active member of the Creative team.

  • Translate established creative direction into conceptual ideas and high-quality visual executions *. *

  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and concept development alongside the broader creative team.

  • Create and assist with the production of digital assets, maintaining a strong standard of craft and detail.

  • Work against a creative brief to develop thoughtful, on-brand solutions.

  • Assist creative leads with research, presentations, and internal reviews as needed.

  • Present work internally and incorporate feedback thoughtfully and professionally.

  • Maintain high quality and consistency across all creative deliverables.

  • Stay current on design, advertising, and industry trends.

  • Be receptive to constructive feedback and demonstrate a willingness to learn and improve.

  • Participate in team and community-building initiatives that support creative culture.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Digital Media Design, Advertising, or equivalent portfolio school experience

  • 1-3 years of art direction experience within an advertising or marketing agency

  • Proficiency in Figma and PowerPoint for digital design and creative presentations

  • Strong design eye with attention to layout, visual hierarchy, and typography

  • Experience using generative AI image tools for visual ideation; motion design skills are a plus

  • Portfolio demonstrating strong art direction and conceptual thinking

  • Solid understanding of the digital advertising landscape, including online campaigns, mobile experiences, and social platforms

Compensation Range: $66,120.00 - $87,000.00 Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
