Position Overview
The Waters Grill is seeking an experienced, hospitality-driven Bartender to join our team. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional beverage service while creating a warm, energetic bar environment that reflects our waterfront dining experience. The ideal candidate is confident, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a polished and professional presence.

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests at the bar and in the dining room
• Execute cocktail recipes consistently while maintaining quality and presentation standards
• Engage with guests to provide a welcoming, memorable experience and build repeat clientele
• Maintain full knowledge of menus, including food offerings, wine, beer, and specialty cocktails
• Manage bar setup, breakdown, and cleanliness in accordance with health and safety standards
• Monitor guest consumption and ensure responsible alcohol service
• Process orders and payments accurately using POS systems
• Assist with inventory control, restocking, and maintaining par levels
• Collaborate with service staff to ensure seamless guest experience
• Support special events, private parties, and high-volume service periods

• 2+ years of bartending experience in a high-volume or upscale casual environment
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, and wine
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure
• Professional, polished, and guest-focused demeanor
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must meet all local and state requirements for alcohol service
