Full-Time or Part-Time | Outpatient – Private Practice | San Antonio, TX 78229
Overview:
A thriving outpatient orthopedic clinic in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Clinic Director or Staff-Level Physical Therapist . Full-time (40 hours/week) is preferred, though candidates with 16+ hours/week will also be considered.
We are looking for a PT with a strong can-do attitude who is comfortable working independently. This clinician will be the sole PT on site initially and should be eager to treat a broad range of conditions, including lymphedema . On-site training and ongoing off-site clinical support are provided.
Caseload / Patient Population:
Treat patients of all ages in a dynamic outpatient orthopedic setting
Focused caseload: approximately 70% lymphedema
Full-time PTs can expect up to 50 patients per week
1:1 direct patient care with 45-minute sessions or less
Opportunities to develop a specialty or pursue certification are encouraged and supported
Compensation and Benefits:
$80,000–$110,000/year, depending on experience and qualifications
Health insurance, Paid time off, 401(k), and Continuing education credits
Work Schedule:
Monday–Friday: 7am–6pm
No weekends or major holidays

Job Requirements:
Eligible for TX state licensure as a Physical Therapist
New graduate PTs will be supported and mentored
Previous outpatient and/or lymphedema experience preferred
Full-time preferred (40 hours/week); candidates with 16+ hours/week will also be considered
Must be legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
