We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Collection Field Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling 90+ DPD accounts (3rd & 4th bucket) and will play a crucial role in field recovery of overdue payments, customer negotiation, and preventing accounts from becoming NPA as per Reserve Bank of India norms.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in field collections, excellent negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
