Salary: $123,000 - 163,000 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related quantitative discipline
• Over 8 years of comprehensive experience in data engineering
• Proficient in programming languages
• Familiarity with Microsoft technologies, Informatica cloud solutions, Snowflake, and other recognized industry standards
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to adjust style and method to suit different situations
• Capable of summarizing and translating complex, technical concepts into simple language for varied audiences
• Critical and creative thinking abilities; capable of advising decision-makers and influencing through persuasion and negotiation
• Demonstrated initiative and proactivity
• Flexible and adaptable, able to navigate different situations to meet objectives

• Design and develop data pipelines that extract data from multiple sources, transform it into the desired format, and load it into suitable storage systems
• Collaborate with architects, data scientists, AI engineers, and analysts to enhance data management as an asset while optimizing models and algorithms for quality, security, and governance
• Integrate data from diverse sources, including databases, data warehouses, APIs, and external systems
• Maintain data consistency and integrity during integration processes, performing necessary validation and cleaning
• Transform raw data into usable formats through cleansing, aggregation, filtering, and enrichment techniques
• Streamline data pipelines and processing workflows for enhanced performance, scalability, and efficiency
• Monitor and optimize data systems, identifying performance bottlenecks and implementing caching and indexing to improve query performance
• Execute data quality checks and validations in pipelines to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of data
• Assume responsibility for leveraging enterprise information assets and analytics to facilitate insightful decision-making and enhance human performance
