Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Admin to join our team on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data across company systems while providing general administrative support to the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately input, update, and maintain data in internal databases and systems

• Verify data for accuracy and completeness

• Perform regular data quality checks and corrections

• Organize and maintain electronic and paper files

• Respond to internal data requests in a timely manner

• Assist with general administrative duties (filing, scanning, emailing, document preparation)

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Requirements

• Previous experience in data entry or administrative support preferred

• strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)

• Good typing speed and data entry skills

• strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

salary: $20 - $21.5 per hour
