The Data Migration Strategy Lead is responsible for unifying and governing data migration activities across the Horizon and Helios transformation programs. This role develops and maintains the Data Playbook, aligns cross-functional data initiatives, and provides leadership with clear insights to ensure migration readiness, compliance, and successful go-live outcomes.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive Data Playbook covering strategies, dependencies, risks, and milestones across data workstreams.
Align data activities across Workday , Bullhorn , CRM platforms, integrations, compliance, and reporting.
Identify cross-team dependencies, sequencing gaps, and integration impacts affecting migration and testing readiness.
Maintain a single source of truth for data scope, ownership, and status aligned with program milestones.
Provide concise executive insights highlighting risks, trade-offs, and decision points.
Ensure alignment between Workday , Bullhorn , HubSpot , and enterprise data architecture.
Identify data quality, governance, sequencing, and compliance risks and ensure mitigation planning.
Support program governance and confirm readiness across mapping, migration, validation, archiving, and compliance activities.
Experience leading data migration and integration in complex enterprise environments.
Strong knowledge of data governance, compliance, and validation practices.
Experience with platforms such as Workday , Bullhorn , Snowflake , or similar ecosystems.
Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, actionable insights for leadership.
