Job Description

Position Summary:
Arizona Restaurant Supply, Inc. is seeking a Delivery Driver to deliver equipment to jobsites both in-state and out-of-state and assist with the installation of restaurant equipment.

Essential Job Functions:

• Operate box trucks regularly in the Phoenix and Tucson local markets.
• Deliver equipment to out-of-state jobs as part of a rotating schedule of drivers.
• Assist in the warehouse when not out on delivery trips.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks on assigned vehicles, including daily and weekly inspections.
• Assist in installation of equipment as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Competencies:

• Ability to obtain and maintain a fingerprint clearance card.
• Ability to be covered on our company vehicle insurance.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work well with a team.

Physical Demands:

• Ascending or descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding, and poles.
• Moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one worksite to another.
• Adjusting or moving objects up to 60 pounds in all directions.
• Operating machinery, power tools, motor vehicles, or heavy equipment.
• Medium work that includes moving objects up to 50 pounds.

Position type/expected work hours:

This is a non-exempt, hourly position. This position offers eligibility for health benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, supplemental insurance, and 401(k) matching along with paid holidays, vacation, and sick time.
