Job Title: Direct Support Professional (DSP)Location: Milesburg, PennsylvaniaJob Type: Full-Time Job Summary:We are seeking compassionate and motivated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in direct support, caregiving, or human services, with a strong commitment to providing compassionate and person-centered care. DSPs provide direct care and support to individuals in their daily lives, helping them achieve personal goals, maintain independence, and participate fully in their communities. Key Responsibilities: * Assist individuals with activities of daily living (ADLs) including personal hygiene, meal preparation, medication administration, and mobility support. * Implement individualized support plans and follow care instructions to meet each person’s unique needs. * Promote social engagement, community participation, and skill development. * Observe, document, and report any changes in individuals’ health, behavior, or well-being. * Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive living environment. * Support individuals in achieving personal goals, independence, and self-advocacy. Qualifications: * Certification is mandatory. * Previous experience in caregiving, human services, or related field preferred. * CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Compassion, patience, and dedication to supporting individuals with diverse needs. * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
