Senior Project Manager

The primary responsibility of this position includes the leadership of a portfolio of assigned projects or customers, which includes new business development, estimating services, project management, controls, and field operations.

Senior Project Manager Duties:

* Under the direct supervision of Divisional Operations Manager:
* Provide training and project management support for Jr. PM's and PM Assistants to aide in their professional development
* Manage higher profile projects and maintain relationships with clients
* Budgets, project buy-outs, scheduling, resource and workforce allocation, communication, safety, and client satisfaction
* Provide appropriate support, guidance, and input into the development and updating of project schedules, job cost, and other management reports
* Review and support 3D BIM modeling process to support prefabrication and best-in-class installation practices

Senior Project Manager Qualifications :

* Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, or equivalent electrical trade and/or supervisory experience
* Minimum of 5 years of PM or equivalent experience
* Experience in Data Center, Wastewater, Healthcare

Knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and Low Voltage Systems

Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
