As a Field Service Engineer III , you will provide expert-level installation, maintenance, and repair services for advanced analytical and electron microscopy systems. Serving as a technical subject matter expert, you will support complex troubleshooting efforts, mentor field service engineers, and ensure exceptional service delivery to customers across research institutions, universities, and industrial facilities.
In this role, you will resolve highly complex system issues, lead major installations, and collaborate with engineering, product development, and service leadership teams to improve system performance and customer experience.
