Freddy's is hiring a highly skilled and experienced Shift Manager

Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers, a national, fast-casual restaurant franchise known for its cooked-to-order Steakburgers, crispy shoestring fries, and freshly churned frozen custard desserts, is looking for talented Shift Managers for our fast-growing brand.

Shift Managers open and close the restaurant and are responsible for maintaining the Freddy's experience for our guests during the shift. We are looking for someone who is passionate about the restaurant business and is looking for opportunities for professional growth. We offer opportunities for internal promotions to Assistant Manager and General Manager within the rapidly expanding Freddy's restaurant system.

Requirements:

• Must have 1 year of prior restaurant restaurant management experience, preferably in a high-volume, fast-casual or quick-service restaurant.
• Always willing to learn and is receptive to coaching
• Must be able to work up to a 10-hour shift while standing or walking to perform essential functions
• Must be willing to work a variety of shifts
• Will be required to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to communicate effectively with guests and team members to ensure the safety of all parties
• Will require full range of physical motion such as: bending, reaching, climbing a ladder, etc.
