About the Spa at Coeur d'Alene Resort:
Our upscale spa offers a serene retreat where guests enjoy personalized beauty and wellness services. We are seeking a talented Hair Stylist to deliver exceptional haircuts, styling, and treatments in a tranquil, guest-focused environment.
The Role:
As a Hair Stylist, you will consult with guests to understand their needs and preferences, provide expert styling services, and ensure a memorable and relaxing experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide a variety of hair services including cuts, coloring, styling, and treatments
Consult with guests to recommend services and products that meet their needs
Maintain cleanliness and organization of your work area and tools
Stay current with hair trends, techniques, and products
Deliver excellent customer service with a professional and friendly attitude
What We're Looking For:
Valid cosmetology license and relevant experience
Strong technical skills in cutting, coloring, and styling hair
Excellent communication and guest service skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
