The Entry-Level Event & Customer Service Associate serves as the face of our company at events and outreach programs. You will engage with attendees, share campaign information, and help create a positive experience for community members and supporters.
Greet and engage attendees, donors, and community members at live events
Provide professional, friendly customer service during events and promotions
Share campaign and fundraising information while answering questions confidently
Assist with event setup, breakdown, and on-site coordination
Build relationships with supporters, partners, and community members
Maintain a high-energy, professional presence during events
We are looking for candidates who are:
Outgoing, personable, and comfortable speaking with the public
Strong communicators with excellent interpersonal skills
Positive, coachable, and eager to learn
Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
Reliable and able to start immediately
Helpful but not required: experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, events, or sales .
