We are seeking an experienced **HubSpot CRM Specialist** to restructure and optimize CRM architecture.
You’ll be responsible to help transitioning to managing leads at the **Company level** (not the HubSpot Leads object) and need a specialist who understands CRM data structure, object relationships, property configuration, and pipeline optimization.
This role will require strategic thinking — not just technical setup.
We need a HubSpot pro to clean up, restructure, and manage our CRM architecture.
The Requirements
📌Experience: 3+ years of deep HubSpot CRM expertise.
📌Architecture: Proven ability to restructure Pipelines, Objects (Leads/Deals), and Custom Properties.
📌Automation: Expert in building Workflows and validation rules.
📌Data Integrity: Obsessive about documentation and preventing duplicate data.
📌Communication: Strong ability to explain system changes to the team.
**STARTING RATE: $8USD/hour **
**Schedule: Must be available to work in US Timezones**
