Job Responsibilities:

• Design and develop engaging learning materials, courses, and resources to meet the educational needs of healthcare professionals and staff at Total Access Urgent Care.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to analyze learning needs and develop effective training solutions.
• Utilize instructional design principles and learning technologies to create interactive and impactful learning experiences.
• Conduct needs assessments, evaluate learning outcomes, and continuously improve training programs.
• Ensure the alignment of instructional content with organizational objectives and industry best practices.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field.
• Proven experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and e-learning technologies.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of adult learning theory, instructional design models, and assessment strategies.

Desired Experience:

• Experience in the healthcare industry or working with healthcare professionals is a plus.
• Proficiency in learning management systems and authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate.
• Advanced degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary Range: $120,000 - $130,000 per year
