Job Description
Position Summary Bradshaw Home is seeking a detail-oriented and technically capable Junior Data and Integrations Analyst to support the daily operations of our data and application integration environment. This entry-level role will work closely with the Integrations Analyst and Senior Applications Analyst, providing hands-on support for reporting, data validation, and system integrations. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, comfortable working with SQL and Excel, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities - Monitor day-to-day integration errors, with a focus on identifying and resolving issues within the Boomi Cloud integration platform.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of ad hoc reports for business users across departments including Sales, Operations, and Finance.
- Support the design and development of refreshable Excel reports using SQL queries and data connections to internal databases.
- Help troubleshoot and validate data issues across ERP, EDI, and integration platforms.
- Help maintain system uptime and data accuracy across platforms by proactively identifying and resolving issues.
- Collaborate with the Integrations Analyst to monitor and maintain data flows between systems using Boomi Cloud and other middleware tools.
- Document data processes, mappings, and reporting logic for internal use and cross-training.
- Perform data quality checks and assist in cleansing and transforming datasets for reporting and analysis.
- Participate in testing and validation of new integrations and application enhancements.
- Provide first-level support for internal users needing assistance with reports, data access, or system functionality.
- Assist in maintaining SQL scripts and stored procedures used in reporting and integrations.
- Work with the Senior Applications Analyst to support ERP-related reporting and data extraction tasks.
Technical Qualifications - Basic proficiency in SQL (SELECT, JOIN, WHERE, GROUP BY) and willingness to learn more advanced query design.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data connections (Power Query or ODBC).
- Exposure to ERP systems (NetSuite) and understanding of business data structures.
- Familiarity with cloud-based integration platforms such as Boomi AtomSphere is a plus.
- Ability to learn and work with EDI platforms and data formats (e.g., ANSI X12, XML, JSON).
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 0–2 years of experience in a data, reporting, or systems support role.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Desire to grow into a more senior technical or analytical role over time.
Preferred Skills - Basic understanding of APIs and data integration concepts.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira) and documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint).
Pay And Benefits US$28.50 - US$31.25 Hourly
Final compensation offered will be determined based on a number of job-related factors, including the candidate’s skills, experience, and qualifications.
