We are building a specialized, high-performance Internal Operations Dashboard for EastWest Bank. This is a focused, "small-scale" project designed to bridge the bank's legacy data with modern, web-based workflows. It is not a core banking system, but it requires the same level of professional security, clean architecture, and scalability.
Key Responsibilities:
* Rapid Development: Architect a streamlined internal portal using Laravel 11 and Vue 3.
* Data Orchestration: Build professional APIs to fetch and display specialized financial reports from internal databases securely.
* User Interface: Develop a clean, professional dashboard for bank executives that is intuitive and responsive.
* Security: Ensure the application complies with the Philippine Data Privacy Act (DPA) using robust authentication and encryption.
* Autonomy: Take full ownership of the codebase, from initial setup to deployment on a local cloud environment.
Requirements:
* Experience: 5+ years of professional web development. We value Code Quality over volume.
* Tech Stack: Expert-level Laravel and Vue.js. Proficiency in Tailwind CSS is preferred for the UI.
* Professionalism: Experience writing technical documentation and clean, "testable" code (PHPUnit).
