We are seeking a driven and ambitious Junior Marketing Associate to join our expanding marketing team and help support dynamic, customer-focused campaigns.
The Junior Marketing Associate will support the daily efforts of the marketing department in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This role is ideal for individuals who possess strong communication skills, a positive and professional attitude, a strong work ethic, and the ability to collaborate within a team setting.
This position offers hands-on experience in direct marketing, customer engagement, brand promotion, and campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities
Provide on-site customer support for live marketing campaigns, especially in new market territories
Deliver engaging consumer presentations that communicate the value and benefits of client services
Increase client market share through direct marketing and customer acquisition strategies
Strengthen brand awareness for key accounts through impactful face-to-face interactions
Track and report daily and weekly marketing and sales performance metrics
Collaborate with the Sales amp; Marketing Director to analyze results and optimize campaign performance
Execute tactical marketing initiatives as directed by senior marketing leadership
Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and customers
Develop expertise in client products, services, and campaign strategy
