We are seeking a motivated Junior Marketing Associate to join our team and support community outreach and brand-focused events. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals starting their marketing careers to gain hands-on experience in brand promotion, event marketing, and public engagement . No prior marketing experience is required — we provide structured onboarding, training, and ongoing mentorship.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with brand marketing and community engagement at local events, trade shows, and public locations
Communicate campaign and brand messaging clearly and professionally to the public
Represent the brand in a positive, engaging, and professional manner
Support event setup, operations, and teardown
Track basic engagement metrics and audience feedback
Collaborate with team members to meet daily goals and objectives
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus but not required)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable engaging with people in a face-to-face environment
Ability to work a full-time schedule , including occasional weekends
Reliable transportation to local event and outreach sites
