Responsibilities
- Sales & Leasing: Generate traffic, answer inquiries, conduct tours of model/vacant apartments, and close sales to meet occupancy goals.
- Customer Service: Act as the first point of contact, ensuring a welcoming environment and addressing resident needs or issues promptly.
- Administrative & Operations: Process applications, prepare lease documents, conduct background checks, and maintain accurate records in Yardi .
- Marketing: Update social media platforms, assist with marketing outreach, and maintain knowledge of local competitors.
