About the Role We are partnering with a well-established residential housing provider in the Monticello, MN area to hire a motivated Leasing Agent. This role plays a key part in supporting leasing operations across multiple community locations. You’ll assist prospective residents throughout the leasing process, ensure smooth move-ins, and collaborate with onsite and operational teams to meet occupancy goals.

Job Description In this role, the Leasing Agent will be responsible for engaging prospective residents, managing leasing activities, and supporting community operations. You will represent the client’s communities with professionalism, accuracy, and exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities include: - Providing informative tours of homes and communities across multiple locations
- Maintaining accurate records of phone, email, and walk-in inquiries using company software
- Pursuing, tracking, and following up with leads in an organized and timely manner
- Preparing and processing rental applications
- Drafting leases for qualified applicants
- Managing interest lists and required waitlists for assigned communities
- Complying with all federal, state, and local Fair Housing regulations
- Working weekends or holidays as business needs arise
- Providing backup or additional support to other Leasing team members
- Assisting with lease-ups at newly constructed communities
- Performing additional duties as assigned
Qualifications Required Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to self-direct and work collaboratively on a team
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to use, learn, and adapt to technology platforms effectively
