Job Title: Plumber (Night Shift) - $150k+ earning potential

Job Description

We are seeking skilled plumbers to perform a variety of plumbing installations and services, ranging from simple faucet repairs to complete plumbing system replacements. This role requires a professional who can respond promptly to customer service calls and provide effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer service calls and conduct thorough inspections of plumbing issues.
• Accurately diagnose plumbing problems and offer effective solutions and estimates.
• Successfully close service sales and perform installations and repairs of plumbing fixtures, including sinks, toilets, bathtubs, water heaters, garbage disposals, dishwashers, and water softeners.
• Conduct sewer and drain cleaning services in diverse environments, ensuring thorough cleaning and restoration of work sites.
• Prepare invoices, total costs of services/products provided, collect payment, and explain guarantees in writing and on provided smartphone.
• Move on to the next service call after completing each job.

Essential Skills

• Valid driver's license.
• Journeyman plumbing license OR apprentice stage 4 or higher.
• Proven track record in the sale of plumbing products and services.
• Full knowledge of plumbing systems.
• Good written and oral communication skills for effective customer service.
• Excavation Certification through Competent Person Training (OSHA requirement) within the first year of employment.
• Journeyman license or equivalent certification as specified by state law.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Approachable, talkative, outgoing, and friendly demeanor.
• Experience with water heater installations and repairs, including gas, electric, and tankless water heaters.
• Customer-facing skills with a sales personality.
• Backflow certifications (support provided).
• OSHA 10 certification (support provided).

Work Environment

Work in both commercial and residential settings, conducting service plumbing work. You will be on the road all day performing service calls, clocking in as soon as you leave home, and earning 70 cents per mile. Expect 8-hour days with overtime paid at 1.5 times your average production for the week.

This is a Permanent position based out of Tualatin, OR.

The pay range for this position is $104000.00 - $200000.00/yr.

office meetings are paid hourly wage at $125hr (rarely a full hour long) 12 week employer paid training program, half in office and half in the field ($19-$25hr wage) Company offers work phone & Tablet & Service Van Company pays for major equipment and tools (Employee must have basic hand tools of their own) Weekly Pay (drive/miles paid separate from commission, so they get 2 checks paid each week) Plumber can make $60,000- $200,000 + Any referral pays out 3% commissions on that work Any google review pays out $25 commission Quarterly reviews 20% Commissions on all billings

This is a fully onsite position in Tualatin,OR.

This position is anticipated to close on Feb 11, 2026.
