• Key Responsibilities
  • Design customized travel experiences based on client preferences, including cruises, resorts, and destination itineraries.
  • Provide expert, up-to-date advice on destinations, accommodations, activities, and travel requirements.
  • Handle bookings, reservations, ticketing, and travel logistics with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Communicate professionally with clients by email, phone, and video calls; coordinate schedules across time zones, including U.S. Eastern Time when required.
  • Monitor travel trends, promotions, industry updates, and relevant certifications to maintain expertise.

• Qualifications
  • Previous experience in travel planning, hospitality, tourism, or customer service is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
