Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Parsippany, NJ



Type: Direct Hire

Compensation: $25 hourly

Contractor Work Model: Onsite

Hours: 2nd Shift – 2:30pm to 11pm or 3rd Shift – 11:pm to 7:30am / 5 days a week starting Sundays

Job Duties

• Set up and operate print/production equipment (HP Indigo, flexo, or similar presses)

• Run jobs according to the production schedule

• Inspect finished products to make sure quality standards are met

• Handle and package printed materials safely and correctly

• Perform basic machine adjustments and light maintenance as needed

• Keep work area clean and organized

• Follow safety and quality guidelines

• Assist with other tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience operating an HP Indigo press or other digital/flexo printing equipment

• L1 or L2 Indigo certification is a plus , not required

• Comfortable using basic hand tools

• Strong attention to quality and detail

• Ability to follow job tickets and production plans

• Safety-minded and reliable

• Basic reading, writing, and communication skills

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
