Are you a highly motivated engineer ready to drive manufacturing excellence? We are seeking a talented professional to develop, implement, and optimize processes for efficiency, safety, and quality in automotive stamping and body structure assembly. What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related field).
• Knowledge of engineering principles and design software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
• Experience with mechanical design (automotive tooling preferred).
• Knowledge of process improvement principles (e.g., Kaizen).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

• Manage equipment installation and oversee line trials.
• Develop machine processes and equipment layouts.
• Manage projects, budgets, and schedules to ensure successful product launches.
• Identify and implement cost-saving ideas.
• Engage in international collaboration (including potential travel to Japan).
