Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Administrator with strong Celigo integration expertise and a solid accounting background. This role will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and supporting the NetSuite ERP system, ensuring seamless integrations, and aligning financial processes with business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer, configure, and maintain the NetSuite platform to support business needs
• Manage user roles, permissions, workflows, dashboards, and system customizations
• Design, implement, and support integrations using Celigo (Integrator.io)
• Collaborate with finance teams to ensure accurate accounting workflows and reporting
• Support financial modules including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and Revenue Recognition
• Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide timely resolutions
• Oversee data integrity, imports/exports, and system upgrades
• Create and maintain documentation for system processes, integrations, and configurations
• Work with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, Operations) to gather requirements and deliver solutions

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator
• Hands-on experience with Celigo Integrator.io for building and managing integrations
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
• Experience with NetSuite financial modules (GL, AP, AR, etc.)
• Knowledge of SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and saved searches is a plus
• Ability to manage data migration, cleansing, and validation
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
