Job Title: Oracle Utilities CC&B Consultant
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: 6 12 Months
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Utilities CC&B Consultant to support configuration, development, and ongoing enhancements for utility customer care and billing systems. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience in Oracle Utilities CC&B within regulated utility environments and a solid understanding of the full Meter-to-Cash lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure, develop, and troubleshoot Oracle Utilities CC&B solutions
Manage CC&B administration, configuration, and framework business processes (Service Agreements, Billing, Payments, Collections)
Perform custom development, enhancements, and system integrations
Deploy and support applications on Oracle WebLogic Server and monitor via Oracle Enterprise Manager
Develop solutions using Oracle Utilities Application Framework, SDK, and Eclipse IDE
Build integrations using Oracle SOA Suite and Oracle Integration Cloud
Write and maintain Java and Python code for batch jobs, web services (SOAP/REST), and automation
Design billing and customer communications using OpenText Exstream
Manage job scheduling and batch automation with Automic Applications Manager
Perform Linux/Windows scripting and system administration
Create reports using Oracle BI Publisher and other reporting tools
Lead technical implementations and support project planning, tracking, and delivery
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of hands-on Oracle Utilities CC&B experience in utility environments
Strong knowledge of Meter-to-Cash processes
Experience supporting Electric, Gas, or Water utility clients
Proven ability to manage technical projects and work in large-scale transformation programs
