Pediatric Private Duty Nurse - RN/LPN

What You’ll Do

As a nurse with our PDN team, you will:

• Provide skilled, one-on-one nursing care in the patient’s home
• Care for pediatric and young adult clients (infant to mid-20s)
• Manage complex medical needs, including:
  • Tracheostomy care
  • Ventilator support
  • G-tubes / feeding tubes
  • Medication administration
• Monitor patient status and respond confidently to changes in condition
• Partner with families, offering education and compassionate support
• Collaborate with our clinical team to follow individualized care plans

New to PDN? We’ve Got You.
If you’re a newer nurse or transitioning into home care, we provide:

• Hands-on training
• Shadowing with experienced PDN nurses
• Ongoing clinical support

We make sure you feel confident before managing your own case.

• Active Missouri Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse license in good standing
• Passion for pediatric or one-on-one care
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
• Reliable, compassionate, and patient-focused

Pediatric or home care experience is a plus. Heart, commitment, and willingness to learn matter most.
