Job Description

We are seeking a Performance Engineer with hands-on experience in performance testing, automation, and basic cloud infrastructure. The candidate should have working knowledge of Apache JMeter, scripting for automation, performance data analysis, and monitoring tools. The role requires collaboration with development and DevOps teams to ensure application scalability, reliability, and performance readiness.

• Design and execute performance, load, and stress tests using Apache JMeter
• Develop and maintain JMeter test scripts for various test scenarios
• Automate performance testing and result processing using Python and Bash scripts
• Analyze performance metrics, logs, and test results using Splunk, Grafana.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and provide recommendations for improvement
• Work with AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, VPC) to support performance test environments
• Monitor application and infrastructure performance during test execution
• Maintain and manage test scripts and automation code using Git
• Prepare performance test reports and present findings to stakeholders

Mandatory Skills: Enterprise Platform Engineering Java .

Experience: 3-5 Years .

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $45,000 to $121,000 .

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
