Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Plumber Apprentice. In this role, you will work alongside licensed plumbers to learn the trade, develop your skills, and gain valuable on-the-job experience. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start a rewarding career in plumbing. You will be conducting installs in commercial environments, with work ranging from new construction builds to remodeling projects.

• Assist experienced plumbers with installations, repairs, and maintenance of plumbing systems.
• Learn to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Perform basic plumbing tasks under supervision, including pipe cutting, fitting, and soldering.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients.

• Basic knowledge of plumbing systems and components.
• Ability to perform installations using PVC, copper, and cast iron materials.
• Understanding of construction processes and blueprint reading.

• Experience in commercial plumbing installation is preferred.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bedford Park, IL.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $50.00/hr.
