3-5+ years of experience with Agile methodologies and collaboration tools.
2-4+ years of experience with JIRA to support test case execution or other case management tools.

- Experience supporting Cyber Security tools/applications, including but not limited to Identity and Access Management (LAM)
- Technology Platforms such as Zscaler, SailPoint Identity IQ (IIQ), PING ID, and/or HYPR or related in Cyber Security.
- Able to effectively communicate essential information across multiple departments and groups including technical and non- technical audiences.
- Experience and understanding of overall software development processes including business analysis, development, testing,maintenance, and improvement of software.
- Robust understanding of techniques such as Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, and Testing Frameworks.
