Gpac has partnered with a company looking to add a Quality Control Manager to their team. Construction Quality Control Manager Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement quality control procedures and policies
Create and maintain documentation for quality inspections, audits, and reports
Conduct regular quality control inspections on construction sites and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Collaborate with project managers and teams to identify and address quality control issues and provide effective solutions
Monitor subcontractors and suppliers to ensure they meet quality control requirements
Train and educate employees on quality control processes and procedures
Conduct internal audits to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions

Construction Quality Control Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience in a Quality Control role
Thorough knowledge of quality control processes and standards
CWI - NACE Paint Certification
Quality Manager in steel fabrication and welding environment
