Recruiter – Auto, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing

In this role, you’ll be instrumental in sourcing, engaging, and building relationships with exceptional candidates across a variety of roles - especially in the specialized Auto, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) industry.
Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing: Use innovative sourcing techniques to attract top-tier talent via job boards, social media, referrals, professional networks, and internal databases.
Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a steady pipeline of passive candidates through strategic outreach, including cold calls and targeted email campaigns.
Screening & Interviewing: Assess candidate qualifications through in-depth screening and interviews to ensure alignment with client needs.
Candidate Experience: Foster strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive, professional, and seamless recruitment experience from start to finish.

What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of recruiting experience
Experience in Construction, Engineering, or Automation is highly valued
High energy, positive attitude, and a strong desire to succeed
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities
Bachelor’s degree preferred (but not required)
Ability to work on-site at our Des Moines, Iowa office
