Recruitment Coordinator - Contract - Richmond, VA (Remote)

Proclinical is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to support outreach efforts for volunteer recruitment in clinical studies. This role focuses on engaging potential study participants, ensuring a seamless and professional experience, and maintaining accurate records.

Primary Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will perform large-scale bioconjugation processes for cGMP manufacturing projects. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and contributing to the successful production of drug substances.

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work efficiently in a remote setting.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in recording sensitive information.
• Familiarity with handling confidential data and maintaining privacy standards.
• Comfortable using questionnaires and scripts for screening purposes.

The Recruitment Coordinator's responsibilities will be:

• Make outbound calls to potential study volunteers to assess eligibility.
• Initiate calls promptly at the start of your shift and maintain efficiency with minimal time between calls.
• Provide exceptional customer service and professionalism during all interactions.
• Accurately record and review demographic information and medical history while ensuring confidentiality.
• Screen potential volunteers via telephone using pre-designed questionnaires to determine preliminary eligibility for study participation.
