The therapist will work with older adults across skilled nursing, personal care, and independent living settings within one supportive campus. Key Responsibilities
Perform occupational therapy evaluations and treatments
Develop individualized treatment plans
Support mobility, safety, and independence
Provide therapy across multiple senior care settings
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
Document services using Net Health
Maintain a resident-focused therapy environment
Qualifications
Active Maryland OT License
Geriatric or senior care experience preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Patient-centered clinical approach
Compliance Requirements
Two-step PPD or TB test (within 30 days)
Current CPR Certification (AHA or Red Cross)
COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption
Background check & fingerprinting
