Registered Nurse (RN) – Wound and Ostomy Care - Travel Position (with $7,500 Completion Bonus) Location: Los Angeles, CA Job Type: Travel Contract Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 4x10 Days Pay: $3,083.60/week (plus $2,500 completion bonus per contract, up to $7,500 after three contracts) Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse specializing in Wound and Ostomy Care to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide expert care for patients with complex wounds, ostomies, and continence issues, ensuring optimal healing and quality of life. Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate wound and ostomy care for patients across various settings.
• Perform wound assessments, debridement, dressing changes, and ostomy appliance fittings.
• Educate patients and families on wound and ostomy management, including self-care techniques.
• Collaborate with physicians, dietitians, and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with regulatory standards.
• Serve as a resource for staff education and training on wound and ostomy care best practices.

Job Requirements: * Education:

• Current RN license in [State/Region].
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

* Certifications:

• Wound, Ostomy, and Continence Nursing Certification (WOCN) strongly preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required.

* Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience.
• Prior experience in wound and ostomy care highly desirable.

* Skills:

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and patient education abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
