We are seeking a motivated and organized Appointment Setter / Sales Support Specialist to assist our sales team by identifying potential clients, reaching out to prospects, and scheduling qualified appointments. The ideal candidate is confident communicating with people, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact potential clients via phone, email, and social media to introduce company services
Qualify leads and determine customer interest
Schedule appointments or discovery calls for the sales team
Maintain accurate records of conversations and leads in the CRM system
Follow up with prospects who have shown interest
Assist with lead generation and prospect research
Support the sales team with administrative tasks and client coordination
Ensure scheduled appointments are confirmed and prepared for sales representatives
Requirements:
Previous experience in appointment setting, sales support, customer service, or telemarketing preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable speaking with prospects and handling objections
Basic knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)
Highly organized with strong time-management skills
Ability to work independently and meet appointment targets
Positive attitude and strong customer service mindset
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with outbound calling or lead generation
Familiarity with sales pipelines and CRM systems
