About the Role:
The Bucket List Vacation Planner supports clients by organizing once in a lifetime and milestone vacation experiences through structured planning and detailed coordination. In this role, you will assist clients by helping them review destination options, organize planning elements, and manage timelines so each experience is clearly outlined and easy to follow. Your work will focus on organization, precision, and consistent communication while supporting clients throughout the planning process. You will coordinate accommodations, experience selections, scheduling considerations, and documentation while following established procedures and quality standards. This position is centered on coordination and client support and is not sales driven. The role is fully remote and ideal for individuals who are comfortable working independently while adhering to defined workflows. Comprehensive training is provided to ensure you understand systems, expectations, and planning processes before supporting clients. Ongoing professional guidance is available to help you remain confident and consistent in your responsibilities. This role is well suited for individuals who enjoy managing meaningful travel goals and contributing to well organized, memorable planning experiences.
