PIZZA RESTAURANT CUSTODIAN

Position: Kitchen Custodian

Location: Brentwood, TN

Job Type: Part-time and Full-time (starting mid-June 2025)

Job Brief

We are seeking a Kitchen Custodian to maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen and front-of-house areas. This role is vital in keeping our operations running smoothly and ensuring that all health and safety standards are met.

Afternoon/closing shift only (3:30 PM to 9:30 PM).

Responsibilities & Requirements

• Perform general cleaning tasks in both back and front of house
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
• Work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify the supervisor when replenishment is needed
• Assist Pizza Cook with ingredient preparation and restocking
• Box stamping and folding
• Comply with company policies
• Work well as part of a team

Training

Kitchen Custodian will participate in a hands-on training program to ensure the restaurant runs smoothly, efficiently, and profitably while maintaining a high level of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

Physical Demands & Working Conditions

• Must be available to work holidays, weekends, early mornings, and nights as needed
• Ability to stand and work on your feet for long periods (up to 7 hours)
• Must be able to lift and move products and supplies weighing up to 50 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent work experience

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
