Could you be our next Technical Statistician? The job is in our King of Prussia, PA or Zurich Switzerland office. This is a hybrid position and is onsite three days a week.
Technical Statistician provides expertise in efficient and reusable simulation tools for study design, manages the biostatistics code library, and implements automation and AI within biostatistics. The serve as the primary connection between the corresponding functions in Technology Enabled Services.
Main Responsibilities: • Evaluate tools and supplement as needed with state of the art simulation frameworks that are reusable • Maintain the biostatistics code library • Serve as the primary connection between Biostatistics and Technology Enabled services to ensure alignment and leverage their capabilities • Champion automation and AI within Biostatistics • Contribute to the technology roadmap • Large data expertise - data wrangler Qualifications and Experience Requirements: - PhD or MS/MA in data science, computer science, statistics or related field
- 5+ years of experience in scientific programming/simulations
- Expertise in R or Python, and knowledge of SAS
- Knowledge of GIT, or similar version control system
- Experience in working with larger data sets (>1m records)
