Title: Training Coordinator
Location: Alameda, CA

Summary
The Quality Training Specialist Coordinator supports the Quality System Training Program and administers the divisional Learning Management System (LMS). This role ensures employees are properly trained, training records are maintained, and learning processes remain compliant with medical device regulations. The position partners with training teams, Quality, IT, and business leaders to support a stable and effective learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and maintain the LMS (Allego preferred).
Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and security settings.
Upload, organize, and maintain training content.
Monitor training completion and generate compliance reports.
Support LMS troubleshooting and serve as the primary contact for LMS inquiries.
Assist with audit readiness and training documentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve learning processes.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a medical device or other FDA-regulated industry.
LMS administration experience preferred.
Strong Microsoft Office skills.
Experience supporting a global user base is a plus.
