Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Trial Attorney licensed in Georgia to join our litigation team. This is a remote position , offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from home while handling a full caseload of litigation matters. The ideal candidate will be an experienced litigator who is confident in court and committed to client advocacy.

Responsibilities:

Represent clients in civil litigation matters in state and federal courts across Georgia

Handle all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial

Conduct legal research and draft legal documents

Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, witnesses, and court personnel

Develop and execute legal strategies for each case

Attend virtual and in-person court appearances as required

Collaborate with support staff and other attorneys within the firm

Requirements:

J.D. from an accredited law school

Active license and good standing with the Georgia State Bar

Minimum of 3 years' experience in civil litigation and/or trial practice

Proven courtroom and trial experience

Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills

Self-motivated with excellent communication and organizational abilities

Ability to manage a remote workload effectively and independently

Comfortable using virtual meeting platforms and case management software

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in personal injury, insurance defense, or commercial litigation

Familiarity with Georgia court procedures and judges
