Role

• Assist clients with organizing and coordinating customized vacation plans

• Research, compare, and confirm reservation options using approved systems

• Provide accurate information and recommendations based on client needs and budgets

• Communicate professionally via email, phone, and messaging platforms

• Manage booking updates, changes, and service-related inquiries efficiently

• Maintain organized and accurate client records

• Participate in virtual training sessions and team meetings
