We’re a fast-growing brand strategy and education company producing high-volume, high-quality YouTube content for product-based entrepreneurs. Our content is strategic, polished, and aligned with a luxury CEO brand — but make no mistake: this is a production-driven environment with real deadlines and real expectations.

We’re looking for a dependable, proactive video editor who thrives in a structured workflow, communicates early when blocked, and understands how to execute under time constraints without sacrificing quality.

If you need loose timelines, constant hand-holding, or extended turnaround windows, this will not be the right fit.

**✨ ROLE SUMMARY:**

You will be responsible for editing long-form YouTube videos on a recurring cadence as part of a collaborative editing team. This role requires balancing speed, quality, and consistency while following established brand guidelines and production workflows.

**_Monthly output expectation (per editor):_**

* - 2–3 long-form YouTube videos per month (approximately 1 video per week or bi-weekly, depending on assignment)
* - Occasional short-form clips may be available for additional compensation
* - We are working toward the goal of having a 2–4 week content buffer, meaning timely delivery and proactive communication are essential.

**🔥 EDITING MUST-HAVES:**

These standards are non-negotiable and will be expected consistently, not occasionally:

* - Dynamic, strategic text overlays (NOT just transcript captions)
* - Clean, tight cuts that maintain pacing and engagement
* - Light sound design (example: subtle swooshes, pops, etc.)
* - High-quality motion graphics that enhance (you’ll have access to Envato Elements for graphic templates)
* - Strong use of brand colors, font hierarchy, and CTA placement

Long-Form Talking Head Content

Sit-Down Tutorial/Demo Style Content

Occasional Brand Sponsored Videos

**_We’ll provide:_**

✔️Library of Graphic Templates, Video Templates, Animation Templates, etc.

✔️Brand guidelines (colors, fonts, logo)

✔️Access to Pictures and Video Library to Aid in Edits.

✔️Clear creative briefs + brand guidelines + examples of our visual style

**🛠️ WORKFLOW & COMMUNICATION**

- Turnaround time: 3–7 days per long-form video, depending on complexity

- Sponsored content has hard deadlines and must be prioritized accordingly

- You will be provided with brand assets, tool access, and references as needed

- Open to feedback and revisions, but strong attention to detail is expected to minimize back-and-forth

- If you are blocked for more than 24 hours, you are expected to communicate immediately — not troubleshoot silently

**💸 COMPENSATION CLARITY**

$250/month for 3 long-form YouTube videos

* - Opportunity for additional compensation if you’re good at editing short-form videos and occasional creative projects.
* - Compensation is based on completed deliverables
