ExamOne is Now Hiring Mobile Health and Wellness screeners for the City of Chicago, All metropolitan suburbs and NW Lake Co, Indiana.

• Pay: $25-30/Hr.
• Part-Time- Independent Contract 1099.
• Spanish/English is very helpful.
• Willing to travel throughout City of Chicago and all metropolitan suburbs!

Job Duties:

• Conduct Health and Wellness professionally.
• Follow Safety and established procedures per Health Guidelines.
• Collect and document Medical History and vitals.
• Obtain blood and urine samples.
• Label, centrifuge, and complete all paperwork accurately.
• Upload All completed documents in the Examine Portal.
• Package and ship all paperwork and specimens to the lab.
• Provide Daily Case Status.

Qualifications:

• The candidate must have Excellent blood drawing Skills and experience. 2 Year Minimum!
• Detail Oriented with strong medical terminology to gather medical history and physical measurements.
• Must have your stethoscope, blood pressure cuff, scale, and tape measure.
• Must have high-speed internet access with a printer/scanner to print, scan and upload completed documents.
• Must have Reliable car and auto insurance.
• Must pass Background Check and Urine Marijuana Drug screen.
