Administrative – Data Entry Clerk III

Location: Houston, TX 

Schedule: Mon–Fri, 40 hrs/week.

Duration: 12 months

Rate: $30 per hour  

Role Summary
Seeking an experienced Data Entry Clerk III to support global project teams in Houston, Singapore, and the Netherlands. This role maintains project risk data, updates action tracking registers, and supports monthly risk stewardship reporting. Requires strong attention to detail, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Occasional early morning or evening virtual meetings may be required.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and update project risk action items and tracking registers
• Review risk assessments to determine required data inputs
• Update due dates, reviewers, and study dates
• Prepare and coordinate project risk assessment plan reports
• Support monthly risk stewardship data and troubleshoot issues
• Manage annual access reviews and database permissions
• Provide user training when needed

Required Qualifications

• Advanced MS Excel proficiency (formulas & functions)
• Strong typing, 10‑key accuracy, and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction

Preferred Experience

• Smartsheet
• Oil & Gas industry experience
