It’s Day 1 for Amazon’s next billion-dollar business and the Amazon Leo for Government (ALG) business is looking for an experienced Finance Manager, to work in a start-up environment, who is passionate about technology, who thinks/acts globally, and has the ability to create and implement solutions, processes and controls with a focus on the public sector. The ALG team is focused on Government customers around the world, including U.S. DoD, state and local business, national security, and International Governments.

The successful candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, with an ability to build and articulate financial results and analytical insights to senior business and finance leaders. You will be familiar with managing and preparing financial analysis, critical to tracking the performance of the Amazon Leo for Government (ALG) contracts and overall business performance.

- Develop financial models for new business concepts and initiatives, and resulting financial impact to help drive data driven decision making including long range financial plans
- Develop, implement and report key financial and operating metrics and performance indicators to measure overall business performance, help develop the financials associated with internal and external review meetings and provide insights to finance and business leadership
- Prepare business case analysis to evaluate new ALG product offerings
- Export Control Requirement: Highly preferred for candidates to have the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI security clearance, so you must be a US citizen.
